It is easiest and most preferable for our guests to book through our online links.

 

If you prefer to call salon for Christina, I ask that you leave a voicemail message and it will be returned when I am able to spend the appropriate time to address your questions and concerns.

I ask for the courtesy of 48 hours notice when cancelling appointments.  If an appointment is cancelled without the appropriate notice, I will require a 50% booking fee to be paid before a new appointment will be booked.  In the event of a no show 100% of the appointment will be required to be paid before a new appointment will be booked.

I want you to be 100% satisfied with the services that I perform.  If any adjustments need to be made please reach out to me.  I will offer re dos within 7 days of original service date.  However, if any box dye is present in the hair I do not guarantee the outcome of the color or longevity.  Also, if the appropriate professional hair care is not being used to maintain the hair I cannot provide a guarantee for the color service.  I will be more than happy to give you the proper recommendations for hair care to ensure that the investment in your services are protected.
